Re-Gain's directors are -

Annette Mayers - Executive Director

Annette has been the Sanctuary Project Director from inception in 2002. She was formally a commercial sector manager for 11years running multi million pound retail units. Annette is a member of the Care Crisis Concordat, Voluntary Sector Forum, Mental Health Alliance & Trauma Informed Network Cornwall.

Darren Bottrill - Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary

Darren is a former Director for Nightlink and the national charity - The Helpline Partnership. Darren is a Clinical Psychotherapist, mediator and supervisor for Future Days Counselling and Psychotherapy in St Austell and has worked in Mental Health for over 20 years and is committed to involving both workers and service users in the development of services. In 2008 Darren co-wrote "The Little Book of the Mind."

Steering Group

Re-Gain is supported by a Steering Group that advises on the strategic direction of the organisation.

The group is made up of Service Users, Mental Health Professionals, and the Directors.

Staff

The Sanctuary Project employs 8 staff and has 2 volunteers.
Staff all have personal experience of mental health / emotional distress and some of their skills include counselling, sign-language, reflexology, massage, reiki, hairdressing, hand massage, Indian Head Massage & arts & crafts.
