National Survey of Mental Health Helpline Service Users

Research is being conducted by the Mental Health Foundation, a national research and development charity, who work in the field of mental health and learning disabilities. The research has been commissioned by the Mental Health Helplines Partnership (mhhp), the umbrella body for organisations offering helpline services to those with mental health needs.

Please note that you do not need to give your name when completing this survey, and that all data collected will be kept in the strictest confidence. We estimate that the survey should take no more than 10-15 minutes of your time, depending on the length of your answers.

This survey may help to outline the importance of helplines in national mental health service provision.

Please return your survey by Sunday 26th February.
